Don't worry, Zara is not in danger this episode! A lot happens in these pages but a majority is relationship development. There's a big "secret project" that Zara's father, Zach, is working on with everyone on Zara's team but Zara is out of the loop. I'm intrigued as to what may be going on there but time will tell.Zara has a lot of emotions to sort out and feels a bit better by the end of the book, but still has a long way to go before she gets to her happy balance.We also learn Zara is not great at everything (yay she is human!) In this book which will hopefully be a plot thread in a later book. While Zara stays physically safe, one of her guys breaks her heart, unintentionally. The book ends with a possible solution for their group dynamic to evolve and in theory, everyone gets a HEA. Can't wait for the next book!
Zara is conflicted because she likes all the guys and doesn't want to choose just one. There were many one on one conversations with each of the guys which brought about more confusion to Zara. Although the story moved along in terms of their relationship, there was nothing new on who wants to harm Zara. There was a lot repeated paragraphs that weren't needed and i just thought it was ok book since nothing really happened to incite any excitement or anxiety.
I was really conflicted with this book and have been going back and forth on what to rate it. I have to be honest and say that this was not my favorite book. I love this series but in this book I feel like their was no forward motion. Their was a lot of repeat conversations about how Zara feels about the guys and not really a lot of action. For a RH I feel by the fifth book a lot more should have happened relationship wise and with the threat on Zara life which is the same as before. Wirh all that said I can’t wait for the next book to see if there’s any forward developments with Zara and the guys and the threat on her life.
This was short. There was so much dialogue that it read like a slap opera. When I started to read this it was about a girl going to spy school. At each book it got more in depth with Zara and the guys she on a team with. I see the conflict in this book and it does love up to its name. However I felt that there should be more. Yes, everyone was busy and it was chaotic however I didn't feel this added to her story. There was just something missing for me. I liked the layout of the relationship they are starting to build. This was another stepping stone. I hope it works out.
This book in the series gas less action, but definately more relationship time... both with the guys and her brother and father. Zara faces confusion on how she feels about the entire team as well as frustration at being kept in the dark even after torture training. She doesnt know who to choose, and by the end of the book, the harem idea is tossed out. I cant wait to see how that plays out.
The relationship is growing more between Sara and the guys. We are finally starting to get where they are all at with each other. Even though the books are short, I like how much is out into it.
As always I love the characters in this book. I just wish the book was way longer. I love how Zara and zack's relationship is developing! I can't wait for the next book in this series!!
This book was another great book in the Zara Chronicles!! Zara is confused about who choose even after spending more time with them. I can’t wait to see how the next book in this series plays out.
